Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Beautiful cottage! Very clean and well equipped. Great location for Lytham Square

£200 deposit taken for any damages. A lot just secure your card and only take the money if there were any damages. Not sure when the £200 will be refunded?

Rose cottage was absolutely lovely as soon as you step though the front door its warm and welcoming.Spotlessly clean with everything you need for a weekend away .

Our only niggle was having to be out of the cottage by 10 am which put pressure on to be up and out ... especially if you have grandchildren with you .
