The Great House Lavenham Hotel & Restaurant

Just had a one night stay and I have no complaints at all. Staff were so friendly and helpful from checking in to leaving, special shout out to Tom who was amazing and a credit to the hotel. Food was excellent ( we had evening meal and breakfast) Rooms were of a high standard with all the amenities and bed was so comfortable, had the best night sleep.

Nothing, although I can imagine in summer parking could be an issue

Breakfast was superb. Hotel helped my husband surprise me with prosecco and flowers on arrival to our room.

A zuhanyból először csak hideg víz jött, megpróbáltam azzal zuhanyozni és megfáztam. Kb. másfél-két perc múlva jött meleg víz, ha tudom, hogy így lesz, vártam volna.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was excellent, featuring nice furnishings, and the bed was very comfortable. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee, wine, and water. The breakfast was fantastic, especially the sausages, and the staff was very friendly. The attention to detail in everything is clearly evident, and the staff were laid-back and super friendly—it wasn’t pompous. Thoroughly recommend. Thank you to the staff for all the hard work you obviously put in.

I think they change the menu often; when we were there, the veggie option wasn't the best.
