Such luxury and service. Lavenham is a gorgeous village but do yourself a favour and stay at this decadent hotel. The greeting and staff are exceptional throughout and stop at nothing to make sure your stay is memorable. They were so lovely to our dogs. We loved the decor, the food, the beautiful room. It was spotlessly clean and parking was free and easy. I couldn't fault anything whatsoever. Ultimate comfort and value. My new favourite hotel.

That we couldn't stay longer.

"Exeptional stay in a beautiful building"

Was made to feel at home in this beautifully presented boutique hotel. Hospitality at it’s finest, as if nothing was too much trouble and all done with a friendly smile. We will be returning as i would like to sample dinner in the restaurant as we went elsewhere where the hospitality was very poor. If dinner is anything near as good as the breakfast experience I’ll be happy, it truly was 5⭐️! Thank you Onur for your world class hospitality.

In a lovely spot. Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and efficient staff. Plenty of good quality tea coffee treats and lovely towels.

Very old building so no lift and rather a lot of stairs for us oldies. No walk in shower. Fixed head shower fitted over the bath - again not easy for us older clients

"Very friendly service, much was good but dinner was rather disappointing."

Our breakfast was superb and we were grateful for tips on cooking kedgeree and poached eggs. The room (no. 4) is tastefully designed and furnished. The bathroom was fine in general though it takes ages for hot water to come through.

We were not so happy with the Dinner menu which seemed pretentious and overpriced. More straightforward choices like soups, grilled fish and nicely cooked vegetables would have pleased me (even fish & chips) also healthier and less sweet dessert options. But the service was exemplary!

Missing out on dining as we didn’t book a table and were full when we arrived
