"Fantastic family stay over Easter."

The property was in the perfect location. It was safe for us as a family and so handy for shops and the train station. It was clean and the rooms were very spacious. We really enjoyed our stay there. Communication was great and friendly. We will most definitely base ourselves here again.

The only thing it didn’t have was access to a travel cot but it was very easy to order one into Argos based on Sainsbury’s across the road. That was simply because our 2 year wouldn’t sleep in the bed with any of us!!! Apart from that we had a great time.

Amazing location - adjacent to the train station and bus stops right outside. Walkable to all Richmond sites and areas. A perfect spot!

We were not able to get the radiators to work. It wasn't a huge issue, but would have been helpful to dry clothes.
