Nice location, nice space of house, close to station

Could not sort heater with owner, I bought battery to use controller, owner had to come in to the house while I were out (it was asked and was due to the pipe issue in other house?), quite noisy as it’s close to the main road which is hood part to be near station

Ideally located for the railway station and close to the centre of Richmond. Easy access, clear instructions from the host and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable all round.

Amazing apartment in an ideal location. Richmond is always our go-to base for trips to London, and this place is perfectly located right in the centre. There's a superb bakery just round the corner for breakfast, a supermarket nearby, the train station over the road and all Richmond's excellent restaurants and pubs within easy walking distance. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen, and feels tucked-away despite the central position. Great hosts complete the package.

Very clean and up-to-date flat in a great location. Wonderful rain head shower, comfortable bed, and all the cooking equipment one could need. Highly recommend early morning walks along the Thames Path (take the back route across Richmond Green and down Friars Lane or Old Palace Lane for more interesting sites). Easy location for access to Richmond Station as well as walking to Kew Gardens, Ham House, Strawberry Hill, and Richmond Park, among others.

Hot days meant we needed the windows open all night to cool down the flat. It felt safe to have the windows open, but it was very noisy until midnight and again at 5 am sharp. I guess this is the trade off for the very convenient location. While this is a down-side it would not stop me from booking the flat again.

Great Central location just a couple of minutes from the train station. Apartment is spacious, well equipped and generally a lovely place to stay with a group of friends. Even though the weather was really hot there were fans in each room which was really a blessing and so quiet

Great location (right in the heart of the town) and cute, fully- equipped place. The host was very responsive to requests. We absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay and would stay here again! Thank you for a great stay!

The flat is close to Heathrow airport so you will hear the planes flying above.

Great location, newly renovated

Nothing major. A few issues identified but these were rectified by the host
