Apartments in the heart of Richmond, London

Location was very convenient, easy to find and close to amenities. Flat was very clean and comfortable. We had an excellent stay and would book again.

Husband was a little tall for the bed (6'2") but he still managed to get a good night's sleep.

Great location and very clean apartments around 100 yards from the station. Handy for everything in Richmond and with the proximity to the station and bus stops... you are well linked to everywhere across London. The apartments are great and we have stayed in them before and will do again, great for our trips to see the rugby at Twickenham. The apartments are very well insulated so we were pretty hot in bed, the windows open but it can be noisy at times. Great facilities all round although we never really use the kitchens, great modern decor and cover the 10 people we usually have in our party between the two apartments. Great comms from the host pre-stay and appreciate the clear info on the codes etc... too.

It was just a little hot, we probably need to pay more attention to the thermostats though. Can be noisy on weekdays if you have the windows open and also window cleaner came while we were there which caused some light banging on the windows. This is minor though.

We really enjoyed our stay in this one bedroom apartment. Easy access and no problems. Host kept in touch on a daily basis. It was December and the apartment was warm and cosy. Well stocked with products and linen. Location is superb in the middle of the lovely town of Richmond. No doubt we will return.

We did encounter some traffic noise albeit we were located at the side of the block. Just occasional - so could just have been air traffic.

Fantastic location, very easy to access check-in, host was easy to contact and helpful. Stayed in 2 apartments both of which had been newly renovated, kitchen, bathrooms and amenities were great.
