Fantastic location. Very comfy beds. Decent shower and bathroom.

A little noisy on Sat night.

Downtown turn left out the door, walk down the alley and on Richmond green , quite secure building

Quite muggy inside even with windows open, and fans running, very modern finishes, lot of shouting outside I. The street after hours

Excellent location. Well appointed apartment. Ideal for a short stay with kitchen facilities if you want to eat in.

Slightly confusing instructions on how to access the apartment. Trial and error got us there.

Lovely central apartment in Richmond. The property had everything that we needed for a family stay in London. Staff were very helpful, fast to respond to questions and accommodated an early check in for us which was much appreciated.

The apartment we stayed in was on the top floor, up lots of stairs. Can’t be helped but some guests might find this especially tricky.

Double bad wasn’t comfortable and was quite small.

Great location, a lovely flat with nice facilities and local shops for your milk, bread etc. We all had a good nights sleep and felt we would use this place again as it's in such a vibrant area

Too many stairs to get to the flat.
