Great location, very clean and modern and easily accessible. Accommodates all our group across the two apartments.

The larger apartment could do with an extra bathroom / toilet, but that is a minor issue.

Sijainti loistava. Kylpyhuone viihtyisä. Makuuhuone tilava. Tv ja kodinkoneet hyvät.

Jokin kosteusvauriohaju oli voimakas. Ikkunoita piti pitää auki koko ajan. Vuodesohva oli nukkumiskäytössä. Sitä ja sen patjaa pitäisi putsata.

The location was really great (about 3 minutes from the train station and tube station). The kitchen has a modern feel. We received all relevant information about the accommodation in a very reader-friendly format in just one email.

My complaints are: One bed sheet was very dirty. However, after complaining, we were given a new one without any fuss. There was still coffee in the coffee pot when we arrived. The apartment was not very clean, but just about adequate.

Na ja wie soll ich sagen, wir sind in UK und nicht in Europa. Die Bewertung wurde entsprechend positiv angepasst, wer auf die Insel fliegt, muss halt mit anderem Standards rechnen. Die Lage ist Topp! Direkt am Bahnhof Richmond nähe Kew Garden(Fuß läufig). Der Stadtteil ist eines der nobelsten von London. Man braucht ca. 1h in die Stadt per U-Bahn oder 30 min per Zug. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war topp! Zu Gastgeber, kann man nur sagen, es ist wie meistens eine Agentur dahinter, Standard Mails etc. aber soweit OK. Man ist in der Einflugschneise von Heathrow, was entsprechenden Fluglärm mit sich bringt. Umgebung hat sehr schöne Pubs.

Wasserschaden, der nicht behoben wurde an der Decke der Küche.
