Apartamento enorme , bem equipado com tudo para uma boa estadia! Ar-condicionado no quarto e também na sala, cozinha ótima ! Tem um supermercado bem ao lado, o que facilita a vida de quem vai fazer compras.

Na parte de trás tem uma pequena área de serviço que poderia estar mais organizada, achei as coisas bagunçadas nessa parte do apartamento, mas nada que desqualifique o lugar !

Location is great. Value reasonable

we spent like an hour to get the keys. Nobody meet us. We got like a 20 identical emails with instructions how to get the key. Nothing worked. Try to call and we got lucky Just because we got Italian speaking guide with us. And she finally got different codes and we entered in. Apartment needs general cleaning.

Excellent in every respect. It’s a very nice apartment, managed by very gracious and responsive hosts. Highly recommend!

It's good value for the price. Apartment was beautiful, and clean. Lots of restaurant around the area. 10 minutes walk from the train station and the old town.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and they don't have an elevator. It was difficult carrying our luggages up those stairs

When I arrived, the sink in the bathroom was leaking. I reported it, and the host mentioned it'd be fixed; I even sent a video of the problem. I stayed ONE MONTH, and only one day before they wanted to fix it. But more important and worrisome is that the host entered the flat when I was absent without asking me or letting me know couple of days before my stay finished. When I arrived, I found the door unlocked and sent a message reporting it, UNTIL THEN the host told me that it was her cause they wanted to put Sky. She also said that they were only in the living room. Later I discovered they were in the kitchen and in the bedroom, everywhere in the apartment. So, she lied to me. To do that is ILLEGAL! the owners cannot enter without permission unless there is an emergency, changing the TV service is NOT an emergency. I commented it with the host and ONLY THEN, she admitted that she was in the bedroom and bathroom because of the broken sink...(3 weeks later and a couple days after I reported it). I reported it to Booking, she also lied to booking saying she was only in the living room. The host was in the property the last 3 days of my stay, that's when the previous happened. Also, they were doing work with the code system (the door to the main apartment) and they did not let me know, so I was locked outside when I went to take out the rubbish. I had to call them and wait until they send someone to open the door. I do not recommend the place. I would not go back either. The host has not respect for the tenants in many different ways, ignoring fixing things, invading your privacy, lying to you in your face, and not minding letting you out of the building. I'm curious to know how they will justify all this, since I see they respond to other tenants with excuses.

Modern bathroom

Not properly cleaned, dusty tables and floors. Old single glazed windows don't provide any insulation and lots of noise from outside late in the evening and early in the morning. Poor lighting and old covers. Not worth the money
