Araba Fenice Apartments - Bari Centro

good location, close to the central station, close to the old center, you can walk. 3, 4 streets for shopping, accommodation is between these streets. you marked the ground floor, for food as well. They are all very close.

Good location to the train station and harbour. Very spacious. Had washer/dryer machine. Well equipped kitchen. Very neat and clean.

Only problem we had was leaking kitchen sink - this reported to owner on departure.

Very spacey. Beautiful old furniture, but with modern bathroom and kitchen. Fridge. Fast internet (not all over the place, but you will find the right spot). 5 minutes walk from the main train station.

Mosquitoes

If you ever come to Bari, this is the place to stay. A spacious apartment only 5 minutes away from the train station and right in the city centre. Easy check-in, super responsive staff, apartment furbished with everything you may need (tv, fridge, stove, microwave oven, espresso machine, even pastries, honey, jam, etc. for breakfast). We had an incredible time in Bari and we would not hesitate to come back to Araba Fenice apartments.

Everything was perfect.

The apartment was pretty big and the location was really good.

The bathroom was really dirty. Mold on the bathroom ceiling, limescale stain on the faucets, broken toilet seat cover, towel holder with rust, holes on the duvet made with cigarettes, blood stains on the spare duvet.

The location is very close to the train and bus station, within walking distance to main attractions. There is a small fridge, hair dryer, microwave and water boiler. Coffee provided is good.

The electronic checked in on arrival did not work, I arrived after 21:00, had to call the host several times, he made me wait 40 minutes for the cleaning woman to open the door for me. The host acknowledged they had electric problem but did not inform me. There was confusion from the host regarding handing back the keys on check out day, the host made a mistake but blamed on me and complained to booking to charge me. The host is not friendly at all in handling the entire booking. The apartment is on the street where you hear people shouting, car noise, early morning garbage collection. The shower space is very small, the apartment is cold for winter, TV did not work, no cleaning service for the entire week.

Location was excellent with a large supermarket next door and bakery across the road. Fairly close to the railway station.

No corkscrew. Good quality and new televisions but reception poor.
