Araba Fenice Apartments - Bari Centro

I wholeheartedly recommend this place to stay in Bari! The location is perfect, as it’s close to both the old town and the train station, making it easy to explore other places by train. There’s a shop on the ground floor where you can buy essentials. The apartments (since I had the chance to stay in all three) are equipped with everything you need for both short and long stays. It’s also very comfortable to stay in the apartments with a child :) The owner is a very kind, empathetic, and helpful person! We had an unfortunate accident, and if it weren’t for the owner’s tremendous support and help, it would have been really difficult. We are deeply grateful for the help we received during the tough situation we found ourselves in ❤️!

Location was excellent… 5 minute walk to train station , 5 minute walk to the old town, 5 minute walk to shopping

We had a slight issue with ants one day but once notified, the landlord sorted it out immediately Apparently this is a common problem on the continent.

It is located in an excellent location 3 minutes from the center and the train station. We were in apartment 2, the inner room of which was very quiet. One minute from the entrance, we had breakfast at the Italian bakery Dama, where the focacca was so delicious it was unbelievable! The apartment had authentic furniture, which made it cozy. The bed was a bit soft for us, but tidy. I highly recommend the place for discovering Bari!

Great location between railway station and old town. Bakery across the street is excellent and grocery store below is convenient. Great water pressure in shower. Basic kitchenette equiptment. Comfortable bed and pillows.Helpful cleaning lady!

Confusion on the booking. I was fairly certain that I had booked and paid for a 2 bedroom suite, but was assigned a studio suite. Maybe it was the photos and reviews and possibly the translation of the Italian word "apartment" into the English word "building". In any case, I advise that you confirm which unit you are paying for carefully. I had stairs to a loft bedroom which were quite difficult to navigate at night due to my serious heath condition. I requested a change but the proprietor apparently assigned the studio suite based on me being a solo traveller. Understandable I suppose, but dissapointing.

Perfect location to explore Puglia region (and even further) by train. At the same time short walk to the lovely old town and all local tourist attractions :) The apartment was clean and well equipped. Many shops, restaurants and cafes nearby with fantastic food.
