Perfektes Appartement, wir waren 8 Personen und alles war vorhanden! Die Ausstattung ist perfekt und die Lage ist unschlagbar!!

Leider ist der Aufzug in die Parkgarage viel zu klein, wir hatten einen Bus für 8 Personen und das ist auch für Profis unmöglich ohne Parckschaden in die Garage zu kommen! Also bitte nur mit kleinen Autos anreisen!!!

Very spacious, great location, easy access to amenities and the outdoor space was very well used. I knew the accommodation was big but until we arrived I wasn't really able to gauge the size but it turned out to be over and beyond what we had expected. I had everything you would need for your stay and having a swimming pool was definitely worth it.

The only issue we had was with a couple of the WC's not filling or taking a while but the apartment overall was fantastic but could do with a bit of refreshing.

Can be noisy with road traffic until about midnight. Pool heating is good but expensive.

Amazing apartment right in the middle of Funchal. We were delighted by the apartment, the terraces and the pool! Confortable parking lot inside the building, so we did not stress about where to park the rented car. Just wishing to have another vacation to visit less and spend more time in this amazing apartment. One of the best stays in our lives!

Location is little bit rush, as is really in down-town. This is also an advantage on the other hand, when you want to discover Funchal.

My second stay, so speaks for itself. Large space with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one bathroom is shared between 2 rooms with their own entrance to it. Lots of supplies in kitchen. Lovely roof top pool. Shopping centre with Supermarket across the road and restaurants on your door step. Lovely views from each balcony. Water went one evening and they sent someone in about an hour, so fast on important issues.

Communication is so-so and it's like they rush through your message and answer what they think you have said rather than what you have actually asked. You have no direct contact on the island, you go through to a call centre on the mainland, who then contacts someone on the island. Supplying one key for 5 people, last time I stayed there was 2 sets of keys. Check out at 10am but check in at 4pm, only one person went to get the keys, but you must all be there, so if you land early, you're restricted to what you can do so everyone has to meet back at 4pm. That being said, it's such an ideal location and such a nice apartment, I would stay again.
