Absolutely nothing

The smell, all the damage around the hallways,it wasn’t as advertised, tv wouldn’t work or wouldn’t connect to the wifi, the heating didn’t work and was very cold. The banister was hanging off the wall and had around 4-5 missing railings also the carpet gripper was sticking up in the air which is very unsafe

Great communication, always available to assist with any issues/requests. Central apartment and it had everything necessary nearby. Looking forward to rebooking and staying again, would definitely recommend.

There was nothing we did not like! Everything was great and communication, checking in and out was so easy and stress free!

Nothing , I was moved from one awful room to another . There were constant damages found within the property from the banister - to the floor beds. Bed frames were not put together properly and staff was basically not existent The only saving grace is that it’s near the train station.

Property was not clean, peoples left overs were hidden in corners and under beds. Pots and pans that were given to people to use were moldy and rusty . Bed sheets were unclean . WiFi did not work. Property was not clean ever. False promises were made constantly, in the end I had to go out my way and sort the place out myself. When you cal support, you get late response or you speak one person and don’t leave notes for the next person. You end up repeating yourself.

We were given the wrong code to get into our apartment, and then spent around 25 minutes on the phone with someone who continued to give us the wrong code information and kept trying to get us off the phone despite the fact that we hadn't yet managed to get into the apartment. We finally were given the cleaners code to get in as the information we were provided was wrong The apartment wasn't clean, the fridge was disgusting, the bathroom was a mess and there wasn't any hand soap to wash your hands after you'd used the toilet The pillows on the beds were very comfortable and felt like sleeping on rocks The windows in the living room were broken and didn't close
