"Superb"

The taxi driver showed us how the access the keys. The outside of the building was ugly and dirty as was the entry and stairway. Getting our luggage up 57 stairs was VERY DIFFICULT!!! Inside the apartment was wonderful but you must tell people about those stairs and warn them of the dirty public areas.,

STAIRS and the dirty common areas of the apartment.

Location, location, location. Convenient to everything.

The public areas of the complex but that’s outside the control of the owners. Having a washing machine in a bedroom also doesn’t quite work.

Location was very good for attractions. Easy to locate and drive to. Not particularly noisy Good view from window Flat very clean and kitchen well stocked Easy to go to Tesco's for food

Entrance and stairwell to flat looked bad and smelled damp and of rubbish. Hadn't realised there would be several flights of stairs up to the flat and stairs in the flat. Didn't use free parking as Holyrood NCP had bad reviews so used Dynamic Earth parking as more secure. Settee not very comfortable

"Lovely Stay"

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. We loved how close the location was to everything we needed.

As others have said the building isn't great and some of the people living in the building made a lot of noise.

Very clean inside. Central to entertainment & transport.Facilities in the apartment modern & worked.

Stairwell leading to apartment was dirty & smelly.Garbage disposal chute was overflowing with garbage bags,not a good look when entering premises.

The apartment was clean, comfortable with an attractive decore. It provided all needed kitchen facilities and comfortable lounge room.

I didn’t like the dirty and smelly corridors and stairs, the smelly rubbish on first floor and no lift I didn’t like the night noises,people shouting late at night, and it’s a student accommodations building.

Apartment is freshly renovated , well lit , swanky clean and very comfortable, with all amenities, a beautiful reading corner

Building and common areas look a bit shabby And since it's on 2nd floor, difficult to carry heavy bags up
