Todo me encantó, es la segunda vez que voy y diria que la calidad humana de los empleados es lo máximo.

The location is great, the beach is wonderful and most of the stuff is helpful if you approach them. the garden and the outdoor is well maintained.

The hotel is very old and the rooms are not kept well. I made a request before travelling for a 1st floor at least room and there was a misunderstanding and i was given ground floor, i had to wait an hour to change room. Then i got moved and after 1 day there was a cockroach in the bathroom and air con was liking, i had to wait the whole day from 6am to 3pm to change room and the 3rd room also, the safe was not working, the bathroom door handle fall in my hand as i was going to open and the hairdryer plug was completely out of the wall. It was all fix but i did not feel that safe anymore. I could not even reach out to the manager i was exhausted all this happen in the first 5 days so it was not a great experience overall. The weekend was full of Domenicans and it was extremely laud and stuff often where prioritsing them in the line so i had to tell them there was a line. I will never go back there again, i got travel sickness a few days before i left and it was not great overall.

Tranquilidade que é inerente ao lugar, pois já conhecia Punta Cana, mais me hospedei em outro Resort.

Da comida verdadeiramente muito ruim e digo isso sem nenhum medo de errar, muito repetitiva, sem sabor, sem variedade de Carnes e peixes, Frango sempre do mesmo jeito e os Peixes os mesmos Mero e um outro que não tinha nome. A comida ruim sem gosto, os legumes variados sim, porém feios muito cozidos, brócolis sempre quase marrom de tão cozido, salada tinha uma boa variedade, suco natural tbem. De verdade me decepcionei pois como já havia me hospedado no Bávaro Princess e UAUUU! excelente. O que falta é mudar o chefe de cozinha, gente o Arroz estava empapado todos os dias. Os Restaurantes temáticos ruins, o mais ou menos é o Italiano. Ou seja vc come o mesmo do restaurante principal, porém em um lugar menor, não tem nenhum diferencial. No Bávaro os restaurantes eram verdadeiramente temáticos, comida espetacular. O que percebi e conversando com outras pessoas lá, é que eles fizeram um tipo Day Use para os nativos e ai fazem comida para eles, haviam muitos que cheguei a conversar que moram no USA e vão passar alguns dias lá, no fim de semana isso é bem nítido. Enfim não volto mais!

Generalmente todo, amabilidad del personalmente limpieza del hotel cercania a la playa , comida deliciosa tanto los buffet como los restaurantes .

No tanto que no me haya gustado , simplemente dos recomendaciónes, si se puede deberían dejar la piscina abierta hasta más tarde ya que cierran a las 19+00 y es realmente temprano si se está vacacionando. Los snack del kiosko, si podrían mejorar
