las piscinas muy buenas, grandes, pudimos disfrutar de una que era mas calmada. los restaurantes temáticos muy ricos también y lindos. buena infraestructura, es un hotel cómodo y lindo

1 día no nos hicieron el aseo de la pieza pese a no estar todo el día. a veces la atención del personal no era muy amable (los menos) el bufete a veces era poco variado o costaba que nos arreglaran una mesa, atendieran o encontrar vajilla

A hospedagem foi excelente! Um lugar perfeito para ir com a família/cônjuge e relaxar, o resort tem toda a estrutura e conforto e os funcionários são extremamente educados e solícitos, ajudando em todos os momentos. Os restaurantes temáticos são perfeitos! Além disso, a Graciela Figueroa nos deu todo suporte durante a viagem e preparou uma surpresa para minha irmã que fazia aniversário.

Senti falta da comida brasileira, rs, mas tudo perfeito

La hospitalidad de Graciela Figueroa(Embajadora) y otros empleados como los bartender, meseras, housekeeping, recepción, etc. Ellos son los que hacen la diferencia.

Que la picina cierra a las 7 pm.

Es un hotel familiar, buenas instalaciones, buena playa

La comida toda recalentada y de calidad inferior, las bebidas todas artificiales y de la mas mala calidad que viene.
