"Good"

Location was great and the staff was very warm and helpful.

I wouldn't say didn't like, but rather would recommend if the pool inside rooms could be better than what are currently there. There should be provision for fans in the room as it helps customers who don't want to use aircon throughout the day.

Lovely location, and service. Great vibe and awesome to sit by the pool, enjoy food and drink. The room was large and the staff were great to deal with. Would 100% go back.

Loved the hotel staff, room, brekky, location and pool. So much to like. We had a one bedroom suite, large clean and functional. Any issues were sorted promptly, excellent service. We hope to be back. Good value for money.

The sagara beach area. Attendant was rude, very uncomfortable experience. Not at all like the rest of the hotel and staff. Give that a miss and rent a sunbed elsewhere.

"Luxery in Sanur"

Fantastic stay! Stayed in one of the Villa’s for a week. It was sensational. Private pool was brilliant with the spacious outdoor space. Bed & bedroom were excellent. Bathroom with the outdoor rain shower was brilliant. Breakfast was nice. Afternoon tea is a nice touch. Staff are very welcoming, helpful & efficient. Nothing was too much. Always happy to help & even just always offering a smile. The onsite spa is great. Took full advantage of these facilities. Highly recommend the Balinese massage & my partner loved the body scrub. We spent our last afternoon (checkout day) by the communal pool & had lunch. This is great as well. Very peaceful & pretty surroundings. Location in the quieter part of Sanur- more south side- was perfect for us with access to the beach only 5-10 minute walk. Thank you Sagara!

"A Great 3 night Stay"

The room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and Jacuzzi was a bonus! Pool fabulous Food also good
