Бях платил за 4 нощувки но издържахме само 2 и сменихме хотелът , закуската беше отвратителна , мръсотия и миризми навсякъде , стаите бяха мръсни и с неработещи уреди в нея ! Не препоръчвам този хотел на хора който не искат да си развалят почивката 😡

The room had no windows, there was a smell of Seward and a machine to collect the moist in the air was making so much noise we had to turn it off during the night. Food is not very good (breakfast is okay) but the staff is very friendly.

The staff are brilliant, the pool is nice, location is great

Downstairs suite rooms aren't so good, we asked to move the first night and were put in the upstairs ones, which were by far better

Really lovely staff, very beautiful place, well maintained. Highly recommend!

It is a beautiful property with everything at your finger tips Fabulous staff, delicious food and very comfortable beds

Nothing

We had our own pool and used it every single day. The outdoor area has sufficient shade if you want to stay out of the sun or if it's raining. There is also a large fridge/freezer and water dispenser in room. The Aircon was very good. House keeping came twice per day for cleaning and turndown service where they lit insence to keep away mosquitoes and untucked the bed, we really liked this aspect! The food was lovely and always very hot. The staff are honestly so lovely, always smiling and willing to teach you Balinese. We wish we stayed there longer! Location is so good too, lots of options to eat locally, beach nearby, sanur port not too far for day trips to the islands. Not a party area, there is a mix of different cultures. We loved the area and would recommend this place to anyone. If we ever venture back to Bali this is 100% where we would stay.

One small thing would be the outdoor shower area is on wooden decking which feels a bit insecure and maybe could be replaced with composite but wearing flip flops in the area was ok anyway.

De lokatie en de bizar grote kamer met slaapkamer. Twee maal per dag wordt de kamer gedaan. Ochtend en avond. Tevens is het eten prima in het restaurant en zit er bij de ingang lobby ook nog een Vietnamees restaurant. Personeel uiterst behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Enige minpuntje in het appartement is het ontbreken van een raam. Maar de luxe opzet van de kamer maakt dit wel goed.
