Sagara Villas and Suites Sanur by AHM

Location was fabulous. Pool was great. We're not great breakfast eaters but the one we had was fine. We had an upstairs room at the front, no windows in the actual room but light coming in from the back, it wasn't an issue for us. Huge room, comfy bed, good bathroom including a bath but we didn't use that. Did use the jacuzzi once, it was great but felt too wasteful to use every day. Housekeeping was fabulous. Loved the chocolates every night! Really close to the best supermarket in Sanur, Pepitos. Good stay. .

I didn't like being charged £35 for a( 4.5 hours)late check out, we stayed for two weeks which is unusual here, it just felt a bit much as the room wasn't booked, otherwise we couldn't have had a late check out. We run a holiday home and if we're not booked, check out later is free. Would be good to have a bar/resto on the beach where the sunbeds are.

직원들이 매우 친절하고 세심합니다. 숙소 위치는 번화가에서 살짝 벗어나 있지만 필요한 상점들이 주변에 다 있어 매우 편리합니다. 해안까지 골목을 걸어 5분 이내입니다. 빌라는 방은 좀 작지만 침실과 캐리어를 놓는 곳이 분리되어 있어 사용에 편리합니다. 오픈형 화장실과 욕실은 익숙하지 않았지만 매우 자연친화적이라 새로운 경험이었습니다.

세월의 흔적이 묻어나는 것은 어쩔 수 없을 것 같습니다. 그래도 최선을 다해 관리하고 빠르게 응대하는 직원들의 친저함으로 보상받을 수 있습니다.

해변까지 골목을 통해 5분 이내, 자전거도 대여 가능합니다. 주변이 번잡하지 않지만 가까이에 필요한 가게들이 많습니다. 일반룸은 빌라룸에 비해 매우 방이 넓고 테라스의 큰 자쿠지와 넓은 공간이 여유를 더해줍니다. 조명이 밝아 매우 마음에 들었습니다. 무엇보다 직원들의 친절함에 만점을 드리고 싶습니다.

세월의 흔적. 그래도 관리가 잘 되어있어 다행입니다. 모든 개선점은 직원들이 즉시 해결해줍니다.
