LUXURY BEACH PROPERTY- Neptune's Nest

Fantastic location with lovely views of the sea/beach. Great base for walk along coast into Folkestone. Quirky property and was well equipped for 3 night stay.

Outside space could have done with upgrade on chairs and gate missing so not secure for our dog. Welcome pack with property info (including how jacuzzi bath worked) and surrounding area would have been helpful.

Location amazing

Bit dirty. Booking.com double booked us so my wife and I had to leave. Thankfully the owners knew another place that turned out to be available.

Very clean and comfortable, has everything you need, location is great, it’s very peaceful and quiet, it’s very private and the hosts were lovely and very helpful.

Nice location

Did not live up to how it was described. Outside sofa and cushions not been looked after. Windows rotting. Quite noicsey upstairs

The location was amazing: steps from the beach and short stroll into Sandgate and a 20 minute walk along the beach to Folkestone. The views were beautiful. The terrace was spacious with amazing views. The owners provided beach towels, deckchairs and picnic equipment which was great. Thank you!

There are some repairs necessary (cupboard doors mostly), but most things were functional. No shampoo, or salt and pepper. Car was absolutely covered in bird poo, so be prepared for a car wash after you stay!

The location is excellent. Walk out the back door and you are on the beach. Sitting on the verandah,looking at the sea was brilliant. The accommodation is perfect for a couple. The weather was glorious, so having an AC unit in the lounge was most welcome.

Great location, wonderful scenery, good parking and was quite private.

The bedroom stunk of urine couldn't tell if it was the bedding or the bed. The window frames were rotting blinds not working adequately due to this there was privacy concerns, windows smeared which spoiled the Vue, jacuzzi tub not working and tripping main fuse. I tried contacting the owners with my concerns and had no reply.

The location was absolutely perfect the view was exceptional. The property was spotless and very cosy. I would highly recommend it to anyone. We would 100% go back 👍👍👍

There was nothing at all we didnt like. We couldnt get the tv normal channels to work but that could of been a fault of our own and also the coffee machine but could of been us not knowing wot we were doin 😫

Everything especially the location .nice touch with welcome basket and wine Hosts were amazing

Amazing location, kitchen, living room, bedroom and deck. Attentive hosts. Extras for beach eg deck chairs were a bonus

Basic cleanliness. Tired decor. Bath spa not working. Cot provided had no mattress
