Homey Deluxe Space - Heritage Complex

Location was great, the apartment was clean and spacious!

Good location close to everything in the city

I had a very uncomfortable 2 nights stay here. The air con didn't work and no windows could be opened. As soon as I walked in it felt like a sauna. I had very rough sleeps and couldn't stay in the room for very long without overheating. Then in the middle of my stay at a very awkward time someone wanted to change the air filter.. not that it helped. Toilet was also averagely cleaned. Great location but won't be returning to this one feel quite ripped off. The fan didn't help, just blew hot air around.

The Heritage Building is such a great way to experience the rich fabric of colonial history in Auckland. It is located close to many points of interest and close to excellent restaurants and activities. The bus, train and ferry systems are close by as well. The property is well maintained and has a rooftop pool with a spectacular view of the sailboats in the harbour. Our kitchen, lounge room, bedroom and bathroom (including a bath tub) were all well appointed and tastefully furnished. The hosts were very helpful responsive to queries and requests.

Great location and facilities. Had everything you need to cook meals. Sound proofing was great couldn’t hear the city at all.

Air conditioning didn’t work so it was hard to sleep. Room wasn’t cleaned properly, someone else’s used contact lenses were on the bedside table. Bath didn’t plug so could t use it at all.

Central and very quiet location with exceptional facilities of pool, gym and sauna

Instructions on key collection and exiting car park were poor. We ended up in the wrong part of the accommodation and had to drag all of our gear to a seperate part. Was very inconvenient.

Spacious apartment with all the facilities need for a short stay in the city The rooftop pool area was great with lots of seats and views of the sea/marina. This was a real bonus over our summer stay Access to a gym and sauna also included if want to use

Flickering light in the bedroom. Collecting key was a pain as it wasn't there so had to wait for staff to bring it to me at the hotel. Had I known this I could have gone straight to the hotel and not to the keypick up place.
