The check-in out process and communication was convoluted. There were multiple messages about the property that were repeated re no parties etc but info regarding parking which is crucial not addressed. Not aware that we had to pay additional for parking until 30 mins before we arrived. Also the information that was provided was piecemeal, much easier to receive just one round of communication which covered off all items. In our other stays we have not has to provide ID, send provide multiple photos and have received all info in one fluid message 24 hours before check in. Perhaps something you review and streamline for future.

location was ideal for us,

we had major problems getting the key, didnt get into the property until almost 4, not enough towels for a four day stay the shower door didnt close, the floor was always wet. lights were out in the lounge and bathroom.
