Homey Deluxe Space - Heritage Complex

A beautifully present apartment within a quiet secure hotel. Fully equipped for long stays, and tastefully decorated, it felt fun and comfortable. Access to resort style facilities made the package wonderful. If you required accommodation in the CBD that feels homely, this is it 🙂

Could not open a window for fresh air.

Nice clean & tidy room, great location.

The bed seemed to sink in the middle and became uncomfortable as you pushed closer and closer together during the night. The key from the lock box was a pain to get on arrival and for an older couple a bit confusing on how to get. One of the recess ceiling lights flickered all the time and needed to be turned off which made the kitchen and lounge quite dark. With a 5 day stay I would have appreciated a change of towels mid-way through the stay.

Great location had everything we needed Great pool area.

The bed to small slop towards the middle. Lack of dish cloths old sponge laft to clean. Second set of towels need for pool area for guests.

Location. Room size. Kitchen. Pool. Spa pool

Air con did not work. Agent slow to respond. Had to walk to get keys. Could not check in until ID emailed outside booking.com message service. Lost ID so delayed check in. Have to walk past conference centre to get to room after swimming (embarrassing) as key access only to lobby. Poor internet, very slow connection so we kept switching to phone data.
