the flat wasnt ready as cleaners didnt come leaking toilet leaking sink in the kitchen filthy apartment moving floor panels 2 windows did not close it was cold carpet disgusting in living room General redecorating needed urgently

Location was quiet and not to far to walk into the town. Communication was excellent.

Bit run down, could do with a spruce up, facilities ok, but flooring etc.. needs updating. Pillows need replacing. Toilet very small.

Good location New and confortable beddings

Not clean enough (hair on the sofa, on the carpet, smelly toilets), floors are falling apart , There is a hole in the bathrooms ceiling hallway absolutely disgusting, noisy neighbors with loud music late in the night, they also smoke and make our flat smelly as well, bath and sink obstructed, flat smells bad (humidity), no mirror in the bathroom

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Zentrum kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Öffentliche Anbindung ist gut. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber.

Das Apartement ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Es schaut alles ein wenig schäbig aus, doch soweit okay.

Incheck proces met het sleutelkluisje was makkelijk en prima. De ligging van het appartement, dichtbij een prima buslijn 35 is helemaal goed. De bedden en het beddengoed en de handdoeken waren netjes, nieuw en schoon.

Heel veel. Het appartement ziet er uitgeleefd uit. De vloer zit overal los. De kit hangt los in de keuken en badkamer. Het putje van de douche loopt niet goed door. Er ontbreekt een spiegel in de badkamer (al 1000 keer gemeld door andere gasten). Voorzieningen in de keuken zijn mager (geen bestek voor 6 bijvoorbeeld), eettafel is veel te klein voor 6 mensen (er staan maar 4 stoelen). De lamp in de hal is defect, etc. Echt een van de slechtste accommodaties waar we ooit verbleven hebben, maar wel 300 euro per nacht moeten betalen! De foto's op Booking lijken heel wat, maar er is echt heel veel ruimte voor verbetering. Deze organisatie het verhuurt en die er een heel strict check-in proces met borgstelling etc. op na houdt heeft hier nog heel veel werk te doen.

It's an old building and you can appreciate that. It was ok but a lot of money for something which could have been better. Bit worn out

It was pretty spacious and it had a washing machine. It had everything we needed really. It would be great once the renovations are completed..Central location close to everything.

Many flights of stairs to climb with luggage. The beds weren't as comfortable as I expected.
