York Family Luxury Cabin with hot tub

We spent three nights in the York Family Luxury Cabin and really enjoyed it. The cabin was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for a relaxing break. The hot tub was a great bonus, and the peaceful setting made it ideal for a family stay. Would definitely come back!

The peace and quiet, the cabin was very comfortable. Easily accessable with off road parking. The private hot tub was very good it was ready to use when we arrived, This was really good because we were able to relax in it after our journey.

The only thing was the TV. There are no pre sets like free view channels set up it took an age to set the tv to be watchable. Information regarding this either before arrival, hand written notes how to set it up or have it preset to stop it being messed about with.

Hot tub was good, kitchen facilities were very handy

The shower is very hard to use and not very practical, the house and garden area could of been cleaned up a bit better

it was a nice stay, wasn’t the cleanest of places we found a chocolate button on the floor in the bedroom that was definitely not ours and the outside was kind of dirty but other then that we had a good time

Was filthy hot tub all stained and full of ants,smashed mirror in bedroom sofa full of crumbs

I liked the layout of the property and that I could park my car on the drive and was secure.

A lot of things which could be easily resolved. Firstly I found the cleaning of the property not done to high standards as I found an old sock under sofa. A wine bottle cork. Popcorn on the floor and dirty pans. The hot tub is not functioning well as only two sides can use the jets at one time and seems to be quite noisy on one side with jets flushing out. Shower in bathroom is completely unusable as it has no balance of water it’s red hot or cold and soaks the wall or floor. The bedroom with bunk bed no curtains at all so lets it light early would be a nightmare in summer months too. The security cameras on the property are not what I expected. Was told after booking about one on entrance which seemed fair but on the back too felt quite invasive. The park in which this is on is completely in darkness no lights what so ever after dark. Seems very privately owned by older residents definitely not a holiday site as no shops around and in the middle of no where. Utensils in the kitchen- no can opener. No bottle opener no scissors. And the boiler is extremely loud. No personal touches which iv had with many of my stays and no interaction with owner so didn’t know who to contact with issues iv raised.

The space in the open plan living area. The enclosed outdoor space. The location. The private and quiet aspect of the property.

Loved everything.
