Excellent family run hotel with excellent attentive service.

We had a wonderful stay here with a lovely breakfast. It was centrally located and the service and hospitality from the hosts was warm and friendly. Great experience.

We stayed a total of 11 nights in their “Family Room “ with a king and 2 singles. The room had a shower, sink and toilet at one end of the room. The room had reasonable space and was clean and had a refrigerator. This is a family run small hotel with 8 rooms in total. Julio and Johan (father and son) are who we dealt with mostly. The family was so kind and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They were always around to assist even when we came back from Machu Picchu at midnight. We had multiple excursions where we were picked up at 4:30 am and someone would be there to hand us a bagged breakfast (very helpful when you are on the run). Breakfast each morning was excellent with eggs (cooked to order), rolls, fresh juice choices and a bowl of fruit salad and a choice of tea or coffee. The location was terrific in the historic section with San Pedro market just 2 blocks away and the main square of Plaza de Armas only being only about a 6-7 minute walk away. Short walks to multiple restaurants, a grocery and a laundry. I can’t say enough good about this hotel and the kind family who runs it. If I were to go back to Cusco, this is definitely the place that I would want to stay. We appreciated how well we were taken care of during our family vacation in Peru.

We stayed at Casa Cruz Verde for 3 nights. It is a quick 8 minute walk to the Plaza de Armas & 5 minutes from the San Pedro market. The property was well maintained inside and the rooms were very comfortable. The owners were extremely helpful with recommendations on where to eat & what to see. The breakfast was delicious. Only downside, It is located on a busy street.

The hosts were very kind and accommodating. The breakfast was great. The room was clean. Other reviewers commented on the hot water, but I found there was no issue when following the instructions given. There was good wifi as well.

Great stay as Casa Cruz Verde. Great location in downtown Cusco. Wonderful staff, excellent breakfast. As a small, inner city location, the single room was a bit cozy. Jose and Johann (Father/Son) who run the bed & breakfast are awesome, wonderfully responsive and thoughtful. Would be happy to stay there again when I am next in Cusco!

This is a quiet, small hotel in the historical district. It is spotless, comfortable and has everything I need, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I would be happy to stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful . As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe . Rooms were beautiful and clean. Would definitely stay there again!!!

Clean room, friendly staff, conveniently located -- this is now our go-to place to stay for all future visits to Cusco. If you miss their breakfast due to a planned tour and early hour departure for said tour, they pack you an amazing to-go bag to make sure you are nourish. We will be back.
