The Beach Suite at The Mactan Newtown

The place feels creepy and the facilities are way out of maintenance

It’s a beautiful clean small 1 BHK property, good for 2 people. Exactly on the main road of Mactan Newtown Cebu.very near to Reastaurant’s, Grocery store and airport.

Can have little better amenities inside the house. Good quality gas stove, blanket/ quilt.

Room run down. No maintenance. Rust.

No breakfast but the location is very nice. It is clean.

We have to walk far to reachbthe tower A. Its not that accesible.

very nice and comfortable to stay as a renter..the owner prepared a 2gallon of water,coffee & cream..very convenient place..love it..

Owner cancelled accomodation only 1 day before I was supposed to move in. That happened during the festival, when it was nearly impossible to find alternative accomodation. To be worse he hesitated to cancel through www.booking.com and tried to convince me that I'm the one who was supposed to cancel through www.booking.com, so that he doesn't have to compensate me. He was trying to blame technical issues with the apartment for this by sending unplausable photos. I reported him to Customer Service and eventually was compensated. AVOID THIS HOST AS A PLEAGUE if you don't want your vacation to be turned into a night mare. www.booking.com dealt with the issue magnificantly. They offered 2 options: 1) to be fully compensated; 2) to find alternative accomodation throught their platform for the same period of time for the price that may exceed price of booked apartment up to 3000-4000PHP (arounf 50EUR)

I booked for 5 adult and you Booking.com reply with 2 adults only when payed the booking.whereas its was adifferent price for 2 adults only.so i paid an extra for the 3 extra person...there was nobody to talk to on your behalf...i dont know if this is your way to scam costumers...but its so shit when you like to relax and you make it stressful

The reception area and facilities were good

The apartment had the most unpleasant smell on arrival, damp and completely unventilated. I reported to host via booking.com site. No reply. We went to bed after eating locally, the smell was so overwhelmingly awful in the apartment we both gagged. When we woke in the morning, the walls and windows were dripping with condensation. The furniture was wet, the floor was wet and we opened all the doors. We realised then, there was no absolutely no ventilation. Even the remote control had a plastic covering on it, so we know this was not an isolated incident. The host must have been well aware of the unhygienic state of the place. I wouldn't wish this apartment on my worst enemy. We left soon after we woke up in damp clothes.

Behagelig seng. Tæt på lufthavnen.

Lejligheden lugtede af kloak. Stranden ligger lidt væk og koster 350 pesos og man skal også leje håndklæderne.
