Rock Mill - Stunning Studio Apartment

Great location and apartment was very comfortable.

The apartment wasn't very clean. There was dirt on the floor, grime in the kitchen sink, the coffee machine wasn't clean and there were no coffee pods to use. The bathroom has a bad drainage smell and the reed diffuser was empty. The skins cabinet was dusty and shampoo bottle almost empty. Not sure what your cleaners are doing. The apartment could benefit from air con or at least a fan in the summer as the road is busy until late so no able to open window for light sleepers.

Nice little apartment, comfortable and clean, and in a good location for exploring the area. Check in instructions were clear and given on time.

The only window is a sash window that only opens 4 inches, in hot weather this does nothing. We had to go out to buy a fan as it was so warm in the room. The lack of dishwasher means everything is washed up by hand, with no draining board and only one tea towel. A few more coffee pods might be nice, three for two people is a little stingy

Great location. Accommodation - very clean, and had everything we needed. Just perfect!

Lighting in the bathroom could be improved upon

I liked everything about it, there was nothing not to like, definatley my favourite place I've stayed for the price, I could of happily lived there

Only thing I didn't like was having to take the bins out, no spare bin bags when there should be if your expected to take the bins out and taking the bedding off, people go away so they don't have to do things like that, but other than that it was unbelievable, nothing wrong with what I said, just something I've not experienced before with a hotel/apartment, would recommend and definatley stay again

Lovely apartment, good location, pleasant staff.

No mattress protectors on bed leading to finding stained mattress (yuk!)

Location; right on a main road that had quite a bit of traffic day and night. Dark inside the property and no views

There was a nasty smell in the bathroom, aerosol spray and reed diffuser were in the bathroom but at times the smell was overpowering, needs investigation.
