Location was great. A little noisy from neighbour above ( music) and noisy sink and fan in the bedroom. Apart from that, a very nice place.

"Very spacious basement flat in the heart of Kemptown."

Good location for central Brighton. Large double bedroom, spacious sitting and dining room, well equipped kitchen. Nice secluded sitting area to the rear. Good Wi-Fi. Would be happy to stay here again if working in Brighton in the future.

Minor problem at check in - the host provides a link to a YouTube video explaining the location of the flat and the key safe. Unfortunately the mobile signal in this part of Kemptown is poor and I could not load the video. I easily found the flat using google maps and the photos, but I could not find the keysafe which is well hidden. I suggest guests view the video beforehand somewhere with a good signal or Wi-Fi, and/or the host explains in a message where the keysafe is.
