Seaside Flat With Sunny Garden.

Beautiful lovely apartment in a central location. Fabulous stay!

I didn't realise check in wasn't until 4pm until a few days prior and I had an event to attend at 2pm. The owner let me know when the cleaner had finished so we were able to be in by 3pm so it did all work out!

Great location in Kemptown close to shops, bars & beach. 15min walk to centre buses frequent.

Lack of space for clothes. Bedroom small but large living room which we didn’t use as out most days 😊

The location is amazing - so close to the beach & an amazing view from the street when you come out of the flat.

There was an odd damp feel to the bedding when we arrived & also the carpets. There is little natural light in the main living space,

We liked that kitchen and laundry facilities were provided and was close to the beach

No free parking, we had to park in Chapel Street carpark 24 hour carpark and this cost us UK pound 36 for two days, makes it expensive to stay here. Hot water in kitchen virtually non existent as apartment is located below street level and water pressure takes a long time to come through, we gave up and boiled jugs of water to wash up. No hot water problems in shower though because they have an electric system there.

the apartment was great , and you can find everything that you need ( coffee, tea, sugar ,,, that help a lot for your 1st night) big living room and nice patio. you have inside instructions for everything.

The check out is at 10:00. its a bit early , as most of the places are at 11:00 and you don't have option to leave your luggage.

Nice clean and cosy flat with a great sofa

Was a bit cold and the neighbour was a bit noisy but not the hosts fault

It was extremely clean and beautifully but simply decorated. The bed was very comfortable and it was close to the beach. The host provided clear instructions for entering the building and was overall a lovely stay - no complaints.
