Seaside Flat With Sunny Garden.

Lovely seaside flat, just round the corner from Brighton Beach. Much more spacious than we were expecting. Provided all the facilities we needed. We also had commodities that aren't always provided when booking hotels (oil, salt, pasta, rice, seasonings etc.)

The only negative would be that the flat is down some narrow steps so felt a little cautious going down them. But honestly once we were in the flat we forgot all about it. We also found the bedroom to have slightly thinner walls (could hear most of the street noise)

The flat was cosy and had everything we needed. The host was super accommodating and allowed us a bit more time to check out.

The location was great facilities perfect for us ,although we chose not to cook, the flat has a good sized kitchen and everything needed to cook a meal 👌 2 mins from the beach 5 mins from the Pier and Lains

Beautifully appointed basement flat with a clear eye for interior design, well located close to the seafront in the heart of Kemptown. The flat provides a cosy home from home with everything you need for a leisure or work stay. The kitchen had everything you could want to prepare meals including some essential ingredients left by previous renters. Far exceeded what many rentals provide in the kitchen. Clearly a lot of care has gone into furnishing the place with coordinated cushions and throws to give it a real homely fee. Check-in was easy with great communications from the owner.

Homely and great location, we only stayed 1 night but would be great for someone looking for a longer stay.

Everything was wonderful. A little different. Has got a really nice vibe from moment you walk in. Super clean. The bed sooooo comfortable. Homely. Had a really relaxing evening. Would recommend. Would like to return. Really spacious. ✨🕊️🕊️🕊️✨
