"Comfortable and relaxing."

The location was excellent for walking to shops, restaurants, the Marina and Rockport Beach. It was one block from the water. The cottage was very comfortable, and the host paid great attention to details.

Unfortunately, what I expected to be a water view, was instead, an 11-unit condo building under construction. It was a bit noisy during the day, due to the construction.

Felt like someone’s cottage destination being shared with me. Homey with room to sprawl.

Price is high to my standards, but I’m of little economy, so, not a fair equivocation
