The shower curtain was unsatisfactory

We really liked the manager. He was Johnny on the spot when the bed broke and we couldn’t get the Internet to work.

The bed broke. There was really no good place to sit on the back porch. The porch couch only had three legs and the picnic table was not really comfortable. Midday it does not provide any shade. And the deck slats pretty badly if you try to sit next to the grill. And if it rains, there’s no place to sit at all.

The property is located one street over from the bay. It’s within walking distance to bay and also downtown to the arts district. The property has some upgrades being done which when finished will help improve property. All in all great little getaway. We had small issue at first, but Doak was quick to respond.

I've been coming to Rockport for many years and have always seen these properties from behind Hunt's Castle. I've got to say this small cottage was so beautiful it's more of a family home but it was very clean very comfortable and in a great location, I loved it and will be definitely coming back Mr doake was very attentive to all our needs and questions. Will definitely be going to be referring this property to our family and friends thanks again for a great weekend see you guys soon.

The comfort of the home had such a great flow so evenly proportioned to living rooms and the super huge kitchen was the best part of it had everything available first time I ever made coffee for myself with the coffee being maker and coffee presser.

This Cottage was one of the most comfortable weekend stays we have ever experienced. It as impeccably clean, had a fully stocked gorgeous kitchen, comfortable beds and enough space for people to find a cozy place to unwind. It has a lovely back deck and fully fenced in yard (a plus for bringing dogs or small children). There is a single Jack and Jill bathroom which may be awkward with multiple people needing to use it but overall we had a fabulous stay. Its located walking distance from shops and just a block from the water.

There was nothing really that was off-putting about this property other than construction happening next door that woke us up early on our last morning there, but that is temporary annoyance the property management has no control over.

It was very nicely appointed. Beautiful decor and very comfortable furnishings. It was very clean and easy to feel welcome. The beds were comfortable with wonderful bedding. The bathroom had big fluffy white hotel towels. It was a perfect place for my sister and I to share for several nights.

It was cold several of the days we were there and the furnace was not heating properly. The owner responded very quickly to our concerns though.
