We liked the location as it was an easy walk to the arts district and to the marina. The cottage was very comfortable and more than met our needs.

Excellent location, real homey feel. Nice neighborhood.

An occasional cockroach. I think they sprayed and we understood it was an old part of town...thus everyone fights them.

"Cozi and cute and very affordable"

Cute and cozy, is an old little home but with all the essentials feels right at home as u walk in,very clean and the decoration great taste, very comfortable bed,2 bedrooms,dinning with 6 chairs and 4 stools. We will definitely go back and stay, last thing,the host was very informative, friendly.
