"We would stay here again. Central location and cosy house made for an easy trip."

The house was ocmfy and cute. The location was so close to the beach you could smell it. We walked and the walk takes you through a super cute boutique area. It's a 15 minute leisurely stroll to the beach from the house. There was plenty of room for our family of four and service dog. The fenced back yard is very well maintained.

We already contacted the property owners about our main issues; ceiling fans were loose and only luke warm water for bathing. The walk path to the house could use some repair as I did trip when we first arrived. The house is exactly like the picures, which is awesome.

House is in a great location because it is close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Conveinent to downtown rockport, conveinence store and walking the dogs along Water street and to the pier. The house is super comfy and lots of space for me and my mother. Front room has a big picture window that is great for bird watching. Back yard is secure with nice grass for my two dogs.

I wish it had a clear view of the beach from the front window but it is blocked by a new hotel going up. The shower curtain didnt really keep water in the shower very well. Bathroom door didn't lock ( not that i needed it to). My mother wasnt crazy about the shared bathroom.
