El apartamento exactamente igual que las fotos que publican, excepcional, muy confortable y en una zona muy tranquila ,ideal para disfrutar de unos días de descanso, en pareja o en familia. La zona exterior fantástica, jardín muy agradable para tomar el sol y disfrutar de las noches de verano. Jorge, el anfitrión, siempre pendiente a cualquier imprevisto, nos compartió una guía de la zona muy útil para poder conocer la isla. Al llegar teníamos una botella de agua y una botella de vino, bonito detalle. El apartamento dispone de todo lo necesario para poder sentirte como en casa.

Villa was clean and close to all local amenities. Very private with good garden.

Clean apartment, comfortable firm beds. Quiet residential area. Private outdoor sun space. Shop few meters away. Short walk to beach front. Taxi rank about 6 mins walk away to take you to the main strip Puerto del Carmen. There are shops and restaurants along the seafront. Airport proximity didn’t bother us at all.

Nothing!! Very clear communication with host who was available if needed but we had no issues at all

We have previously stayed next door at Princess Mercedes and Leticia also didn't disappoint! Beautifully modern, clean and quiet villa with everything you could want. Jorge was a great host, leaving us water and chocolates for our late arrival and being available when the alarm went off! Jorge is very responsive if needed but we didn't really need anything after the first night and so we were left to enjoy our stay. The villa is so well equipped from toilet roll to washing up liquid and washing tablets (although top tip, you can buy them individually in the supermarket across the road for 60c each) and plenty of cleaning equipment if you like to keep a clean and tidy home. Love the garden area, so peaceful to relax in. We had the best time and hope to be welcomed back again in the future. I believe Jorge has quite a few properties and we would be delighted to stay in any of them, He is a great villa owner!

Villa Leticia is an amazing place to spend your holiday. We stayed here for a week and it was perfect for all of us. My 4 years old son loved the garden, running around every minute inside and out. Very quiet, close to the beach and plenty of shops around. Jorge is the best host you could have. We had a problem with the hot water and he came to solve it in less than 10 minutes. He also got some food for us as we arrived late in the night. Excellent communication. Overall all the experience in Puerto del Carmen and at Villa Leticia was outstanding.

Location was perfect and within 4 mins walk of Matagorda commercial centre with it's numerous bars and restaurants. Property: Absolutely immaculately clean, beds were wonderful and super comfortable. All rooms spotless, full oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron,hairdryer, toaster etc. Large TV if needed,walk in shower, comfortable sun loungers and a welcome bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Jorge was available to answer any queries at anytime even though we did not need to trouble him. Provided an early check-in and then was able to provide a late checkout which was very welcome as we had an evening flight home today. Sitting in the Airport now awaiting our flight home, the property was fantastic and we will most certainly be returning. Thank you Jorge.
