Rooms & Suites Princesa Leticia - Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote - Near the Beach

Everything ..... From walking through the gated door it felt so homely. The garden with sun all day, sun loungers, outdoor shower and covered patio and very private. Inside comfy sofa, large TV, dining table and chairs, mod con kitchen .... and no pine insight. Large bedrooms with one double bed and one twin bed .... comfy mattresses and pillows plus ceiling fans. Large shower room .... Utility room with washer ... Back patio .... Very quiet on an evening and slept really well. Everything was just perfect.

Nothing to dislike ....

Very spacious, beautiful garden. We wanted for nothing Jorge had thought of everything from toilet roll to washing up liquid. Great central location.

A very spacious accommodation ,especially the outside garden and terrace, which were huge. The footprint of the villa was exceptional. The TV, dining set and kitchen area were modern and stylish. Both bedrooms were of a good size with plenty of room for storage. The utility room was enormous and very useful for drying clothes and laundry ,as was the outside courtyard at the back. The communication from Jorge was excellent and he sorted out any problems immediately, going out of his way to help. We thoughrouly enjoyed our stay at Princess Leticia.

I thought that there was only basic provision of things like cutlery, crockery, etc, just one of each item, plate, bowl and side plate. There was also minimal glassware, although Jorge did supply extra glassware and serving dishes, when we pointed this out. Another issue was much of the storage space in the kitchen cupboards was high up and for smaller people, were hard to access, when we pointed this out and suggested that a step would be useful, one was immediately provided.. However, these were relatively small issues overall. I wouldn't hesitate to book the Villa again and would recommend it to people looking to stay in Matagorda.

Our 2nd visit to Leticia. In a great location and with lovely views and outside space. Great for strolling to the beach close enough to walk to shops bars and restaurants. Really love this accommodation and we're already booked up for our next trip.

Extremely clean, almost like new with compressive range of kitchen utensils and sundry items. Great support from Jorge.

Slightly close to airport but no problem in the double glazed rooms.

Beautiful villa ,everything we needed was provided, only a 2min walk from the beach. Jorge the owner was so helpful ,we will definitely stay here again .

Nothing we didn't like about it.

The location is excellent. Very close to the Centro Commercial. The apartment had everything we needed. The host left a complimentary bottle of wine in the freezer.

Fabulous villa, felt like home, where we had privicy and time to ourselves

Everything in villa was amazing and fab location. The host of villa was on hand as soon as you messaged him,nothing at all was any bother. Villa doesn't have a pool, but that didn't bother us. A cool shower was available in the garden if needed. We have stayed at Villa next door in previous years, and I can honestly say every villa Jorge owns are amazing, and you won't be disappointed.
