Rooms & Suites Princesa Leticia - Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote - Near the Beach

Nice clean modern apartment/villa with great outside space. Air conditioning in the lounge was great in July and the ceiling fan in the bedroom is a big plus.The bed was nice and firm, just how we like it. We liked it so much that we have booked already for January 2024.

The kitchen lacks a little bit of work surface cooking washing up drying space. But we managed and overall it's a superb lovely place to stay.

Everything was great. The villa was very modern and spotlessly clean.Kitchen,fully equipped, nice shower room,and the WiFi was good. It's close to all amenities with a small supermarket, right across the road. The area is nice and quiet and gets the sun all day. Jorge was a great host and very helpful and responsive. Our holiday was perfect,thank you, Jorge.

The Villa was spotless and the location was quiet and peaceful with a short 4 minute walk that has you at the beach and bars, restaurants in Matagorda. There is a Supermarket in the complex across the road but we didn't use it. Jorge the host was excellent in communication and even offered a late checkout which was greatly appreciated. I've no hesitation in recommending this property and hope to stay again in the future.

Perhaps a welcome pack, safe and some British Channels on the TV and a breadboard . The place overall was excellent

Proximity to sea and beaches. Lovely walks.

Cooking facilities were limited with only 4 cups and poor cutlery choice for Cooking. Layout of second bedroom with utility room off bedroom was not good.

The property is only 10/15 mins from the airport by taxi. Prior to our arrival we were emailed our entry instructions, which were very easy to follow. The villa is very spacious 2 double bedrooms, spacious living area and laundry room and a very generous outdoor area.The property itself is set in a nice quiet residential area and is very well situated to local amenities. It is only a 5/10min (depending on your walking ability) walk to the beach and a good variety of bars and restaurants. Taxis are fairly cheap eg Puerto del Carmon is only 5}€. The villa is very modern with good quality furnishings and very clean.We were supplied with an abundance of cleaning materials including washing machine detergent .The air conditioning unit is reversible which was very much appreciated as it did get a little chilly at night.The outside is very spacious. Set in a nice grassy area and has 4 sun loungers. There is also a covered area with a table and 4 chairs. During our stay I had to contact Jorge a few times. He always responded quickly and solved any requests I had.

To be honest there is nothing we did not like about the property. The only comments I would say from a purely personal perspective is the property perhaps could benefit from additional furnishings to soften the overall appearance and add additional comfort. The kitchen while it looks gorgeous I feel could be improved with more equipment to enable guest should they wish to cook a family meal, or just have some tapas.

It can be a bit noisy with proximity to the airport when in the garden but no problem inside

It was as pictured. The location was good.

No change of bed linen or towels and we had to do our own laundry and cleaning. The beds are rock hard, better to sleep on the floor. A lot of noise and smell from the airport and road.
