Rooms & Suites Princesa Leticia - Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote - Near the Beach

Beautiful villa, with everything that we needed supplied.

one negative is the noise of the bedroom and bathroom doors at nighttime - lock mechanism quite loud.

Location suited us perfectly. It’s away from the busyness of puerto Del Carmen but that’s all there if you want it in a short taxi ride or 50 min walk to the main bars / restaurant area. A path runs parallel to the airport and beach meaning you can walk to Playa Honda which we enjoyed. Mini market is about a one minute walk from the property with other larger supermarkets around 7/8 minutes away. Bars and restaurants in that area too. Spacious property and outside space. We stayed at the sister property next door earlier this year and will definitely be returning. Under 10 minute taxi ride from the airport which is an added bonus. The two properties are perfect for our type of holiday. We very much look forward to returning.

Could do with more pots / utensils.

Location excellent. Close to shops and restaurants.air conditioner washing machine dishwasher

It's our 4th year staying. Noticable wear and tear. Could do with a deep clean and painting . Floor mats in kitchen and bathroom be great around sinks as flooring marks easily. Bigger bathmats be great. Maybe a plastic box by door for recycling

Everything was perfect. Jorge was a brilliant host, very helpful and friendly. Handy supermarket just across the road. Sun all day in the garden. Spotlessly clean and everything you need (including a lovely bottle of wine and water) Thank you

Villa is perfect. Everything you could possibly need a home from home .There's no need to get up early like hotels sunbeds war.

The sunbeds were hard and weren't keen on the pads.prefer the mesh loungers.

Jorge was an excellent host. Even though we arrived late at night, he met with us and showed us around and explained everything. The house was in excellent condition and very comfortable with a lovely patio and garden to sit our. Beach and restaurants close by.

No complaints, it exceeded our expectations

3rd time at Princesa Leticia, this is now our no 1 favourite place to stay in Lanzarote. Jorge is a fantastic host and goes out of his way to make your stay amazing and comfortable. The villa has everything you need and is immaculately clean on arrival. It has great outside space for catching the sun all day, and it's in a really good location close to all amenities. You will not be disappointed if you book this property!. We've already booked our next visit.
