Location inside the marassi resort yet, the amount of RUDE guys they call themselves Quality Control are really representing the resort in a bad way. Its shame on such Class A resort to keep bothering people with meaningless questions like can i see ur card, where are u going, am attitude to export an image that this place is not for everyone: we know that man but u cant keep bothering ur hotel visitors that way or cancel and remove all hotels !!!!

It’s new but this is it.

Staff that completely ignored my tons of messages on booking and didn’t send a single message to provide directions or instructions on how to get to the hotel so I had to waste time and take the wrong gate initially. Beach is 50 minutes walking and golf car is only going there 4 times a day. Beach itself is a low quality beach club (not alamein hotel as someone wrote here) with green-yellow water full of black seaplants. Also they don’t provide towels there (you can only buy) and no one at reception told me I had to bring my own!!! On top of that driver of golf card was aggressive to me after I asked reception on the phone to take me from the beachclub (that was their instructions) and he was shouting at me saying that his work stopped at 7pm and not it’s 7:30 (I had no idea about hours or anything as this was just the instructions from the reception). And to make things worse, after checkout I kept my backpack at reception at some storage room and went to the beach. After coming back I asked them to take the backpack back and after only 10 minutes they got it to me and I left with a taxi where I figured out that 500 EGP WAS STOLEN FROM MY BAG!!!! This is not a big amount that I would call a police for but how is it even possible at the hotel from emaar? This is disgraceful!!

Amazing place just steps away from the Marina Walk. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The Beach Club is fantastic, with excellent facilities. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it.

the beach closes at 7 PM, so guests miss the golden hour and sunset, which is one of the best times to enjoy the beach. I hope EMAAR will consider reviewing this policy. Also, there was a noticeable amount of seaweed on the beach during our visit
