The staff was very friendly and professional, they were trying to do their best to fulfill our requests, the place itself was neat, very clean with new furniture which gives you the impression that you were among the first to visit. Minimal but beautiful.

"disaster"

i liked it last year but this year was a disaster

hygiene of the room there was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom throughout my entire stay, everytime they send the housekeeping and engineering claiming its fixed and it didnt, not before the third day of out stay which was total of 4 days there was availability for another room

Our stay was amazing, hotel is clean and super convenient. The best part was the staff at Ayadina restaurant who made us feel like home with EXCELLENT hospitality, thanks to Mr. Karim, Mr. Haitham, Hassan, Saleh and Ziad who accomodated us and our requests and really set the bar so high for Egyptian hospitality! Will definitely visit again soon.
