Charged extra 20$ for child while it is or mentioned in the policy. The pool was not working !!

Generally, the hotel experience was wonderful. I really enjoyed my stay and appreciated the service and facilities provided. The staff did their best to ensure our satisfaction. The restaurant staff, reception team especially Rowan and the others also the housekeeping and bellman teams were all excellent, friendly, and very helpful. Their professionalism and dedication made our stay even more enjoyable.

The check-in and check-out process was quite strict, possibly due to the high season and the back-to-back room turnover. However, the staff handled the process professionally and did their best to accommodate guests efficiently
