The Manager asking us for Security Deposit when we had already paid that through Booking.com

The property was well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. It is conveniently situated near various restaurants and clubs, offering a pleasant atmosphere. The location is quiet and attractive. However, it is important to note that the pool and gym facilities are no longer available, as the owner has repurposed that space for the development of apartments. This change occurred in August 2025, yet the facility continues to advertise amenities that are no longer part of the offering.

I didn’t like the false advertisement of the pool and gym facilities. The property advertised having a pool and gym; however, these facilities were not accessible during our stay. The receptionist informed us that this situation has been ongoing for over three months, since August 2025. While the listing mentioned that the pool and gym would be under construction from the beginning of August until the end of the month, this change affected our experience, as these amenities were a significant attraction for us. We initially booked with “Aquarius Luxury Suites”, but cancelled after being informed that the pool and gym were no longer available, as the owner had decided to repurpose the space. We then booked this property, unaware that it is located in the same building as Aquarius Luxury Suites. Unfortunately, we were not informed that the pool and gym were also unavailable here.

I LOVED THAT THE PROPERTY IS EXACTLY AS ADVERTISED AND MORE. THE VIEW OF THE OCEAN FROM THE BALCONY IS LOVELY.

The swimming pool and Gym was closed and there was see view on the balcony. Shower not clean and sofa was not comfortable as it is worn.

I was advised that the room will be ready at 2pm but was ready just before 5pm when we entered. Very disappointing. Cleaning staff advised that they were not expecting anyone?????? The kettle did not work. We were provided with 3 sachets of sugar.
