The accommodation was good. The place was clean.

Overall is ok, clean and in order.

We made our booking just as required by Booking.com, but then the host came with extra requirements: deposit must now be done via another platform, I refused as it may be a scam. Because I prefer to give the deposit in cash as per Booking.com the host deducted R150 for manager to come and collect the deposit. The kitchen is tired and need some renovation, not enough kitchen equipment. Very noisy neighbourhood: lot of noise from other apartments and scary people entering and leaving. I will not recommend it to a family. Some gym equipments are broken.

We loved everything about the property. The beautiful pictures we saw online matched what we got. A very clean apartment. That we appreciated. We arrived early because of our flight, happy we were allowed to leave our bags in the rooms while they prepared it for us. The views were extraordinary 🥰 Staff very friendly. Definitely booking again.

A ramp by the reception area for our trolley bags would be appreciated 👌🏾

The place was clean and beautiful very safe to say the least.

The hospitality was very bad. The receptionist didn't even know the apartment, I had to go out in the cold and try to trace the contact details from booking.com. After getting ahold of the responsible person named Prosper, he wouldn't allow us in before I gave him payment of security fee which I was never aware of and I had paid the full accomodation price already. My family had to stay out in the cold as I tried communicating with him over the phone and he didn't even come to welcome us and show us our room I had to navigate the apartment myself in that 12 floor building as my family waited outside. No one came to check if everything was okay if we were happy/satisfied with the place or not it was just not a friendly place at all. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone only because of the poor service👎

The views.see front ,beach area. The shops around ,the roof top Too many good things ❤️
