The location was beautiful and Prosper was professional we were welcomed nicely

The pool was dirty and the gym equipment were not there ,the was unpleasant smell. The wifi was down on our second day until we left. Prosper tried to assist invain. They promised to compensate us with R500 with our deposit of which didnt happen also the R500 that they promised was just an insult because we booked that place because of the beautiful view that we didnt get to enjoy

Its location was ok

The pictures on Booking.com are totally misleading, featuring a gym and a pool, both actually on the 12th floor and both out of order, the whole flat stank of cigarette smoke, we had to put fans on in the middle of an ice cold weekend in Cape Town, to circulate the air
