L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter la région. Le personnel est accueillant et disponible. Nous avons été upgradé gracieusement à notre arrivée et avons pu obtenir la chambre plus tôt. La literie était bonne.

Le restaurant n’est pas à niveau. Trop cher et une cuisine fade sans intérêt. Le petit déjeuné est moyen. Notre chambre sentait l’humidité, ce qui est assez fréquent dans les hôtels de cette catégorie.

Das Hotel war sehr nah am Park gelegen. Ein Shuttle fuhr zu bestimmten Zeiten zum Park hin und auch zurück kostenfrei. Daniel kümmerte sich hervorragend um uns , organisierte Tickets zum Galadiner und zur Lichtshow. Auch die Verlängerung einer Nacht wegen gesundheitlichen Problemen organisierte er super, ebenfalls unseren Weitertransport. Daniel ist ein super Assistenz Manager, hilfsbereit und nett und ich würde allein wegen ihm das Hotel weiterempfehlen

Très beau site. Délicieux petit déjeuner inclus sous forme de buffet. Magnifique grande chambre.

Il manquait une table de chevet. Difficile de trouver prise de courant à proximité. Lampes de chevets non dirigeables. Balcon rempli de crottes de pigeons. Couverture pas assez grande pour le grand lit. Des petits détails agaçants!

Super schöne Austattung, ruhig gelegen, schöner Pool, gutes Essen. Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Daniel konnte man sehr gut erreichen und jede Frage konnte er beantworten. Er hat für uns einen Tisch im Historical Park für das Loy Krathong Festival reserviert, vielen Dank.

Le staf est vraiment top,. Le lieu paisible, et magique. Parfait pour le festival de loy krathong.
