Lovely hotel with attentive and responsive staff. Delicious welcome cocktail. Very comfortable bed. Decent sized, well maintained, clean, pleasant room. Good location. Great restaurant. The breakfast was ok, but not 5 star.

The room was sweltering hot, and the aircon could not be lowered below 25 C deg. Room service merely offered snacks, not meals. Meals could not be sent to the room at all, so not what I know as 5 star.

Receptionist was really helpful and quick to arrange a cab for us to go to the Paloznaki Jazz festival. Great breakfast, cool vibes and clean apartments. Super nice, that you can also use the hotel wellness area even if you are staying the apartments.

I liked everything

One of the best breakfast at Lake Balaton, and the staff is super nice and attentive. I even got upgraded to the Hotel, thank you! 😊 Private beach with the bar also amazing.

Everything was just perfect !

It was a pleasant surprise that we got upgraded from the Boutique RoomZ building to the main spa hotel, so we got to enjoy the wellness facilities and the restaurant/bar under the same roof. The spa is beautiful and it offers multiple indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, comfy beds for resting, lemon water as a refreshment and polite and pleasant staff members. The staff members overall were amazingly attentive and nice, always smiling and greeting guests everywhere on the grounds. The beach on the lake is also wonderful, with lots of sun beds and a bar with eager staff, looking to serve you. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable.
