NEW charming apt in City Center

Very cozy and spacious apartment, which is very conveniently located near metro station. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and coffee machine,a spacious fridge, which helped a lot during our family stay to cook breakfast for kids and light snacks in the evening.

There is a bit of cigarette after-smell, despite this is a non-smoking apartment, but it’s not strong so does not bother too much.

Spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, good (self adjusting) heating, clean, nice location (close to metro and 7/11, which is useful if you arrive after 22h in Cph)

Box with key was hard to find (too small, too low on ground, covered with snow - maybe hidden too well?), owner wouldn't provide password for front door (offered to open in remotely but only until midnight, but not after that). Also, couple pair of slippers would really help.

L'host non ha indicato che per entrare nell'appartamento si utilizza solo il citofono e ti aprono da remoto entro le 24. Non mi é stato possibile uscire la sera e rientrare tardi altrimenti rimanevo fuori, non esiste una chiave del portone, indicazioni su codici tastiera inesistenti, disorganizzazione totale da avermi rovinato la vacanza e scritto a booking perché neanche nei collegi c'é l'orario. Reperire la chiave é una caccia al tesoro e la sera col freddo é ancor piu difficile

Size of the apartment and its location.

I contacted the host via Booking regarding an early check-in but did not receive a direct response. I later received a generic automated message related to check-in instructions, wrote a follow-up SMS which was never answered. The apartment was very cold and took almost a full day to warm up, which was especially inconvenient as we were traveling with a baby. The kitchen radiator does not work, and cold air enters through a secondary exit. Not clean: sticky floors in the kitchen and bathroom, cobwebs, a very dirty shower curtain, partially cleaned dishes, oven was smoking with a burnt oil smell, and a clogged bathroom sink. Despite this, there is an option for “extra cleaning” at an additional cost of 950 DKK (approximately 125 EUR).
