Turned up on the day only to be told that there had been a water leak affecting 4 rooms and our 2 rooms were amongst those. I said that we'd booked the rooms well in advance ( over 6 months ). The guy behind the bar said yes those are the ones. Surely it should be first in , last out? No! not in this day and age. It was least paid first out, as we booked well in advance so probably paid less for the rooms. The guy behind the bar said they'd been trying to contact me but couldn't get a hold of me. Then handed me a cancellation sheet with my email address on it. Very poor and unprofessional.

Good location, easily accessible at night when the pub was closed.

We had the downstairs room which had accessible features for wheelchair users. For some reason there was a bright green light glaring all through the night, which made it difficult to sleep.

Good access Car park

Have to pay for the WiFi.

I can't thank the staff enough for the last 4 night's, you've all been amazing..... special thanks to Mel and Connor you went above and beyond!!! Ebony is just lovely and sorry to the other's I didn't get the name of. Thank you for making my stay such a good one

The staff were really friendly, especially the bartender who had to work on no sleep. She's a real trooper 💪 The bed was really comfy and the room nice and cosy.

It was quite loud on Saturday night, but they warned me beforehand it could be. Plus it's a pub, so I wasn't that upset by the noise. It's kinda expected.

Very central to town but no noise. Very clean, tea and coffee in the room excellent value, above a pub but no noise, fantastic.
