"Absolutely bad hotel and it fake nothing be opens at all. Reported"

Never did cos they didn’t let me in, left me outside in pouring down the rains absolutely disgusting 😡😡😡 been waiting outside over hour and half, banging the door nothing and ringing to them nothing at all. I will be reporting this disgusting hotel!!!

"Ok but...."

The room itself was actually ok. Just what we needed for an overnight stay in Wigan and the staff were friendly and the room had a very comfortable bed.

The room smelt really strongly of cigarettes which is what let it down for us. We had to have the window open even though it was freezing outside.
